We check the forecast with you before your booked night: if conditions aren't right for observing, you choose between rescheduling for another night or a refund of your payment.

Bookings for today are paid in full.
Choose whether to pay in full or a 50% deposit. If a balance is still due at 11:00 (Chile time) on the booked day, the booking is cancelled and the deposit refunded.
